• Applications are invited From; BBA/MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration candidates; passed in marketing. 

• We are looking for talented freshers as District Business Development Executive and experienced Marketing guys as Regional Business Development Executive to join our nationwide team of Eco-Evangelists for the organization's rapid growth.

• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter; with passion for sales & Marketing/Business Development/Administration with a strong desire to grow along with the organization at a fast pace.

2. Pay Scale:

Regular CTC 10 lac, after successful completion of probation period of three months.

In probation period:

• Stipend for a probation period of three months: 15 thousand per month, this includes Minimum wages + provident fund. 

+

• Maintenance Allowance up to 25 thousand; which includes Performance based incentives, travel allowance, HRA, uniform + dry cleaning + mobile-data allowance + beauty allowance etc.

5. Objective of the Job: 

To develop & expand eco-friendly businesses of the institutions; allotted by the EcoBharat in the whole Region. (~ 9 districts)

6. Job Purpose: 

Expand reach of the businesses of eco friendly nature; in every nook and corner of the surrounding districts.

7. Job Importance: 

If we do not start moving towards net zero emissions today, survival of underprivileged persons is going to become a formidable challenge. Thanks to that, entire humanity will suffer irreparable loss.

8. Job Significance: 

In the position of Regional Business head (EcoPrasarak); you will move the entire region  containing 450+ prospective Eco-Ambassadors towards extreme eco-wealth.

13. Day-to-day responsibilities

In probation period:

1. Taking prior appointments via Telephone

2. Visiting prospects to find suitable person in various tehsils/ districts for Appointing as sole Enrollment Associate.

3. Digital/Social media awareness campaign, MapTagging

4. Email & SMS campaigning 

5. Onsite promotion: Poster/Banner/ write up etc

6. Promotion at Public Gatherings/Haat/Bazar/Mela/Function/Party etc

7. Counseling & eligibility testing of student candidates and coordination for their admission in the Institute of Kitchenopathy®

8. Making travel arrangements of students.

9. Other necessary activities to achieve and outperform the targetes.

After probation period:

1. Spreading words to find franchisees. 

2. Conducting telephonic & one to one interaction for selection and award of franchisees.

3. Mutual coordination between Eco-Hub® & Eco-Doot and Eco-Doot & Franchisee, as and when required or from time to time.

4. Participating in social gatherings to get to know about prospective franchisees. 

5. Maintaining public relation for increased favourable word of mouth publicity. 

6. Spreading words to find Eco-doot (Eco-Ambassador).

7. Being present at least two social gatherings of each Eco-Doot/Franchisee: (@wedding celebrations, birthdays or anniversaries); and presenting gifts etc. on behalf of the company.

8. Meeting periodic revenue goals & targets; via

"Advertising, Business management, Business administration and Office functions; which includes: Auction Services, Auctioneering, Business assistance relating to the establishment of Franchises, Business Consultancy, Business management of sports people, Commercial administration of licensing of goods & services of others, Consultancy, Direct mail advertising, Distribution intermediary services, Invoicing, Joint Ventures, Market studies, Marketing, Marketing research, finding & grooming Models/ influencers for advertising, sales or business promotion, Negotiation and conclusion of commercial transactions for third parties, Negotiation of business contracts for others, Office Functions, Opinion polling, Outsourced administrative management & business assistance for client companies, Registration of written communications and data, Rental of vending machines, Sales, Sales promotion for clients, Servicing, Targeted marketing, Updating and maintenance of information in registries”.

2. उनको इस कोर्स के बारे में बताना है। और बताना है, कि अगले महीने की 30 तारीख तक; आप जितने छात्रों की काऊंसिलिंग कर के, छात्रावास शयनागार बुकिंग हैतु कॉशन मनी रु. 499;  इस खाते में जमा करवा देंगे, उसके हिसाब से इस पूरी टेरिटरी (तहसील या जिले) में, सबसे ज्यादा स्टूडेंट्स की एनरोलमेंट करने वाले सर (गुरू जी) को, अगले माह से इस संस्थान की उस इलाके के लिये सोल इनरोलमेंट एजेंसी मिल जाएगी व जिनको कम इनरोलमेंट के कारण एजेंसी नहीं मिल पायी वे सीधा-सीधा फीस पर मानदेय पा सकेंगे, पंजीकृत अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या के आधार पर (3% से अधिकतम 30% तक)।
3. जिसका फायदा यह होगा, की वह अपने इलाके में मांग के अनुरूप; इस कोर्स की फीस निर्धारित कर सकेंगे। और दोनों का डिफरेंस अपने पास रख सकेंगे। वे अपने इलाके में अन्य शिक्षकों को, उनके इलाके में अधिक फीस निर्धारण का अधिकार भी दे सकेंगे।
